Social media can be a MAJOR distraction from your goals or just an epic time suck if you let it. But if you curate your timeline it can also be a MAJOR source of inspiration—if you follow the right people. I’ve found that the more I follow people who share similar passions as I do, the more inspired I am throughout my daily life. These are some of the most FaithFULL people to follow on Instagram for those of you who would like more positivity and praise on your timeline. Have someone that you think should be added to this list? Leave their IG URL in the comments below!
The first person on this list is an absolute FAVORITE of mine. I have met her several times in person and she is just as lovely in person as she is on her Instagram. Cori Spieker, aka TheResetGirl, is a fellow planner as well as a sticker fanatic and God-lover, as am I. Her style is so retro and fun and every time I see something she posts, it gives me a jolt of creativity. I love her and I think you will too! And you can stop by her online shop to pick up some amazing stickers and planner supplies.
Next on my list is someone I haven’t been following that long but she has already inspired me when it comes to writing and sharing my faith. We are in the same blogging group on FB and I am so glad that I’ve come across her Instagram. Her images are beautiful and her articles are lovely as well. Jennifer Le of Prestige Queen is someone you should definitely be following.
She Reads Truth is not a single person but a ministry dedicated to getting women in the Word of God daily. They produce the most AMAZING devotionals and they never fail to produce the right encouraging word on their timeline when you need it most. If you are looking for more ways to get into the Word and you like to be encouraged, you should definitely follow She Reads Truth and visit their shop.
Krystal Whitten is an exceptional lettering artist that uses her talents to glorify God. She is the creator of the Lettering Prayer Journal and through her Instagram profile I can tell that she is one creative and faithful cookie. I’m so inspired by her “writing the Word” challenges (although my lettering leaves something to be desired), but it is fun to get into the Word in a creative and unique way.
Last on our list but definitely not least is a company called Illustrated Faith. Oh man…when you follow their Instagram get ready for some AMAZINGLY talented faithful people worshipping God through Bible Journaling. Because of the traditional teaching I grew up with, it took me a while to even write in my Bible. But through my growth in faith I know that God created me to be creative and he wants a unique and genuine relationship with me. As a creative person I absolutely love connecting with God’s word by decorating scripture in and outside the Bible. Illustrated faith not only provides the inspiration but their shop is full of tools to get connected with God’s word creatively. You will definitely not be disappointed when you follow them, especially if you want to connect with the Father in the way he created you to.
