Decor: Getting Organized one Corner at a Time

I’ve been trying to get organized this summer. Corner by corner I think…well its coming along… 🙂 I have given myself a theme for my Night Standapartment. Of course, its glamour. 🙂 So that helps me to keep focused when I am at a store like HomeGoods. This month, I’m in organize mode and putting away all of the items on the floor and getting some order in my apartment is what I am aiming to do before the summer is over.

I purchased the silver dresser in the picture from HomeGoods for $99. When I Side tablevisited again a week later, I found that they had another dresser as well as two cabinets in the same line. I purchased all of them. I purchased the gold side table on the right also at HomeGoods (can you tell I am addicted to that place?!).

While I’ve been focused on getting organized I couldn’t resist a little decoration. I ordered this Plum Blossom Folding Screen from Amazon to use as a headboard. I love it. It’s IMG_1821upside down in the picture but I’ve fixed that now. LOL

All in all, I would say that my summer organization project is coming along. It feels really good to come home to a house that you enjoy looking at and don’t feel like your surrounded by chaos.

P.S. The bedding is Lauren Conrad and you can get it at Kohls. I’m still adding to the bedding so stay tuned.
